The Position:
We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail oriented and can prioritize attention between multiple tasks throughout the day. They will be assisting our Operational and Scheduling department so that our customers have a smooth experience. We want them to have strong people skills as well as computer and organization skills. The perfect individual is dependable, positive, takes initiative, welcomes challenges and is good anticipating problems and finding solutions. There will be on the job training for this entry level position. Work schedule will be flexible full-time hours. Starts at $18 per hour.
Must Haves:
• Excellent phone communication with customers
• Professional in dress, speech and mannerisms
• Strong Attention to detail
• Highly organized and efficient
• Proficient with Computer skills including Microsoft Products
• Excellent basic math skills
• Ability to pass a Federal drug test and willing to complete a background check
• Ability to hear, read and speak fluent English with legible handwriting
• 1 year successful job experience. (Office or Customer Service experience preferred)
