Responsibilities – Service Lane Coordinator:

• Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer
• Present the benefits of trading in their vehicle for a new or pre-owned vehicle
• Service Greeter does not engage in direct sales but works hand in hand with the Sales Department by introducing potential buyers to a member of the Sales Team when interest is shown for a possible trade-in.
• Confirms appointments
• Expedites dispatch vehicles
• Assists customers on the Service Drive
• Assists the Service Consultants
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications and Requirements – Service Lane Coordinator:

• Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills – we are looking for a very friendly and conversational ‘people person’
• No previous automotive experience is necessary
• Goal-oriented and persistent with effective time management skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
