This job REQUIRES sales skills but you can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. We will train the right person for construction if necessary.
We are looking for a relationship expert. We need a manager for our construction company. We get phone calls from people asking for us to perform work and your job is to hire people and get the work done.
Your job description (a normal day at work if you were hired)
– The phone rings and it is a customer talking about something they need to be fixed. You will take notes and schedule the job if possible as soon as possible. Our advertising is for “same-day/next day“.
When you get off the phone with the customer you will schedule your contractor or employees to complete the job then show up if needed to deal with the customer etc. If it is something small you can collect a bonus by doing the job yourself.
You must be teachable. You must be open to doing business our way. We pay a lot of money to make the phone ring. What we do works and we do not wish to change it or experiment with other methods. We want to train someone to do what we are doing and then pay them to perform the job.
Your job is to maintain relationships with customers and employees. A college degree is preferred but it won’t get you far with us unless you’ve got sales experience also. A Morman mission counts if you were knocking.

You must be a salesperson. Having other kinds of jobs in your past is fine but we want to see professional sales experience. You need at least five years of professional sales experience (knocking doors, running appointment sales, and other types of commission sales will be considered but working at Rent-A-Center does not count. We are looking for an outside sales closer. Commission-only sales experience is highly preferred.

The people who call us want us to come to do repairs at their house so, while sales is extremely important, you must really be good at relationships. Dealing with the customer and dealing with the employees are the most difficult part of this job. The sale is basically assumed if your price is right. If you have done some real outside sales you know how to find the right price…
