Oversees day to day operations of data management systems including the supervision of data analysts, data analysis, and reporting. Has access to protected healthcare information (PHI) or confidential identifiable information (CII), both paper and electronic, as necessary, to perform related job duties and responsibilities.
Managing the day-to-day operations of data including access, validation, and storing in collaboration with IT, Records, etc.
Oversees and supervises data administration and analyst team to include ensuring data accuracy, integrity, security, and quality in analyzed information.
Support data conversion, mapping, and integration of data across the organization
Designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure and collection to meet data analysis and reporting needs.
Vender management of consumer data management systems.
Ensures software application is meeting the needs of the end user and working as intended.
Collaborates with CQI team on evaluation and reporting needs.
Evaluating the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with business requirements and design documents in collaboration with Business Analyst, IT and CQI teams.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of data management system design, systems, and database technology.
Knowledge of analysis, interpretation, and organization of complex data sets
Excellent communication skills to translate complex information using non-technical terms
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting to evaluation team, personnel, consumers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate and problem-solve with interdisciplinary and inter-departmental teams.
Must possess strong human relation skills to communicate and work within a culturally diverse work environment and community.
Proficient in MS Office 365

At least five years working experience in data management, data analysis, or other data administration functions including collection and distribution
Experience managing data teams
Degree or Certificate in data analytics, computer science, or related field.
Experience using Power BI analytics tool, Sigma and SQL
Experience managing children/family services, early learning, behavioral health, and health industry data management systems
SALARY RANGE: $74,000 to $82,000/yr DOE + BENEFITS + 401K
