We are looking for a highly experienced Window/Door installation Technician to join our team. We are a small family owned and managed company. We currently have 12 full time employee’s. We treat others as we would want to be treated. We like to have fun while we work! Folks with a great sense of humor, encouraged to apply!

Qualifications-

* Experience in all types of window installation- wood, vinyl, aluminum and fiberglass. Installing in various building
types, brick, metal, wood, concrete, commercial and residential. Stick built and manufactured homes. Installation of glass, windows, doors and skylites.
* Experience and skilled in working with all power hand tools
* Practice and demonstrate safe practices and ways of completing jobs in a safe manner
* Experience with reglazing, dry rot repair, trim and siding-interior and exterior
* Pass a Background/Drug test if asked to do so
* Valid Drivers License
* Reliable transportation (to get to work on time)

We work M-F
Day starts at 7am at the shop in Yelm (being on time is required)
Discuss the jobs for the day and what supplies are going to be needed
Load the trailers with the necessary materials
Head to the job site
Communication with the Home Owner/Manager to discuss any special needs for the job
Communicate with Office if having any issues arise or need additional materials
Clean jobsite and make sure all tools/debris are collected and loaded
Make sure Owners are 100% happy with the work completed and collect payment when appropriate
Back to Shop, gassing trucks when needed
Complete paperwork for the day

This is a Full Time position however it is Construction so the hours can vary each day. We typically shoot for a 7am-3pm work day but sometimes it is under or over slightly. When the job is done for the day we sometimes can have more to do if you are short on hours.
