Ocean Beauty Seafoods in Monroe, WA is looking for Seafood Processors! THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME AND BASED OUT OF MONROE, WA.
We need to increase our production team. These are full-time positions, with a work schedule of Monday through Friday with some Saturday shifts included.
Our positions require standing on your feet for long periods of time working from conveyor belts and tables. We supply uniforms and protective gear. You supply waterproof boots. If you are looking for a foot in the door and opportunity for growth, you have found the perfect position. We are growing and need people to help us keep up with the demands of our valued customers.
These positions require self-starters who can work independently and with others as a team. We are looking for people who are interested in working in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years of age or older to work in a manufacturing plant. Processing areas are cold, loud, and fast-paced.

Bonus Program:
After 90 days of employment – $300 bonus after an employee is here 90 days
After 120 days of employment – Additional $300 bonus
There is also a $500 bonus for successful referrals after they’ve completed 90 days
