Responsibilities
 Perform assigned tasks that will include, but are not limited to: Press Support, Breakdown Support, QC Support, Staging Clerk, Packaging Support and or Fabrication Support among other tasks assigned by your Lead, Supervisor or Production Manager that are within your skill and knowledge level
 Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of standards.
 Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
 Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
 Keep work areas clean and organized.
 Follow all company rules and policies.
 Reports issues or problems with production to immediate lead.
 Ensure all work is in compliance of the WO’s, safety, and environmental programs.

Work Environment
 Standard 40-hour workweek applies.
 Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking and stopping

Requirements
 Possesses knowledge of the production equipment.
 Be willing to work in shifts and for long hours when necessity arises
 Be willing to learn and put their best efforts for production
 Be capable of working in demanding situations when required
 Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.
 Pays close attention to detail
 Works efficiently and manages time effectively.
 Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
Education and Experience
 High School Diploma/GED Preferred
 1-2 Years of professional experience in the related field
 Experience within computer programs (excel, word, office)
