Personal Assistant needed! Very part time to start with room to expand hours if desired.

Busy business owner and mom looking for a great local personal assistant in West Seattle.

I would love to find a detail-oriented personal assistant who loves organization, enjoys
hanging out with kids as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed.

Duties would include:
-Scheduling personal appointments for myself and the children (doctors appts, school
volunteering, play dates, etc.)
-Drafting and sending emails
-Fulfilling orders for my online business
-Social media assistance and online research
-Keep spaces organized such as kitchen, closet, files, etc.
-Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, etc.
-Sorting mail, deliveries, etc.
-Coordinate scheduling and kiddo pick up occasionally
-Help with grocery shopping, food prep, chopping etc
-Light cleaning/laundry when needed
-Occasional help out with the kids when needed

I have two sons, one almost 3 years old and one 4 months old. I run multiple businesses and am back to work after my maternity leave; I need HELP keeping everything straight and organized!

Currently I am only looking for about 4 hours a week, but this could increase significantly in the future if you desire. I also have a colleague who could also use some additional help, if you desired more hours.
