FULL TIME OR PART TIME line cook for a fast paced fried chicken shack.
Sisters and Brothers Nashville Hot Chicken is looking for part-time and full-time kitchen staff to join our team! Candidates for the positions must be positive , energetic, and punctual .  Shifts are available for day and evenings. Must be able to work weekends. Good attitude  and upbeat vibes please!

Line Cook Responsibilities: 
-Product preparation without deviation from recipe 
-Maintain food quality
-Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
-Practice “Clean As You Go” throughout your shift 
-Restock line during and after shifts
 
Qualifications: 
-Teamwork mentality in busy atmosphere
-Must be 18 years of age
-Knowledge of proper food handling
-Ability to read and follow recipes
-Food permit required
